Dr. Andrew S. Nevin, PhD is one of PwC’s leading global thinkers, working at the complex intersection of economics, strategy, and regulation

Bunmi was the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of ACCION Microfinance Bank Limited. She sits on the board of various organizations including CIBN Press, Bridge International Academies, Co-creation Hub (CcHub) Nigeria, MaTontine Inc. New York, USA, Simply Exponential Consult and others.

Bunmi has over 29 years’ professional experience in finance, insurance, marketing, auditing and banking. She is a public speaker, a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Credit Administration of Nigeria, Credit & Collections Management of Nigeria and Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

She has attended courses at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and the Boulder Institute for Microfinance. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the IESE Business School, University of Navarra and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

Adedoyin is the CEO of Digital Jewels, an IS027001-certified Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCIDSS QSA) providing IT and project management consulting and capacity building services. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an ISO27001 lead auditor and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

As an IT professional, Adedoyin has over 20 years’ experience in professional practice, focused on enhancing the strategic value of IT in organisations through value-adding interventions across the information value chain. Her experience spans 20 years of active consulting, business development and management and specialized areas of IT such as IT governance, project management, e-business and capacity development interventions.

Adedoyin is certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and a SFIA Accredited Consultant. She holds a B.Sc. (combined honours) in Computer Science and Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA (Information Technology and Management) from the City University Business School (now CASS Business School) in the UK. Adedoyin’s leadership of Digital Jewels brings to bear the wealth of her experience in the corporate world, classroom, war-room and boardroom.

Aituaz joined the FSI from Nigeria Inter Bank Settlement System Plc [NIBSS] where she served as the pioneer head of institutional research and development department. She led NIBSS innovation management, training and strategy for four years.

At NIBSS she helped to support an inclusive ecosystem of developers, startup entrepreneurs and established fintech industry players to deliver a rich portfolio of innovative technology applications and services. Aituaz had an illustrious decade long career in banking. She worked at United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Citizens International Bank (CIB).

Carolyn is a payment expert and an enthusiast for anything and everything data. She is a certified data analyst and head of Business Development and Commercial Services at the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC). Carolyn leads the team on commercial transaction and initiatives for revenue and managing the Fintech and financial inclusion desk.

With over 23 years’ experience in banking, Carolyn pioneered the e-branch at UBA. Then she joined Fidelity Bank as head, e-Business where she deployed over 200 ATMs and introduced card schemes Visa, Verve and MasterCard. Carolyn launched the first naira denominated card on the Visa network.

Carolyn is proficient in project management, process engineering and strategy. She holds a B.A from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and an MSc from Edinburgh Business School Scotland with extensive training at Lagos Business School and Cranfield School of Management, England. Carolyn is an honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria (CIBN) and a certified fellow in cards and payment at the International Academy of Retail Banking, UK.

Christabel is the Executive Director, Technology and Operations at the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS). Before her appointment, she was the Executive Director, Business Development at the company. Christabel started her banking career at First Bank of Nigeria and peaked in UBA as a General Manager with over 20 years of core banking experience.

Christabel played prominent roles during the consolidation of the banks in 2005. She was appointed the pioneer regional director, Lagos, in charge of over 100 branches in 2006. She played prominent roles during the birth of the Nigerian National Switch (NNS), the deployment of the Bank Verification Number (BVN) and the roll out of the industry’s award-winning NIBSS Instant Payment (NIP).

Christabel holds an LLB honours degree from the University of Lagos and BL honours from the Nigeria Law School. She also holds an MBA certificate in Banking and Finance. Christabel is an associate member of Women in Business (WIMBIZ) and holds an Honourary Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) membership. Christabel obtained a certificate in corporate-level strategy from Harvard Business School in 2016.

Faith is the Managing Director and CEO of Social Lender. Social Lender is a lending solution based on social reputation on mobile, online and social media platforms. Social Lender is designed to bridge the gap of immediate fund access for people with limited access to formal credit.

Its proprietary algorithm performs a social audit of the user on social media, online and other related platforms and provides a Social Reputation Score to each user. Loans are guaranteed by the user’s social profile and network allowing users to then borrow from banks and other financial institutions based on their social reputation. Faith had spent over seven years of sales and investment banking at BGL before joining Social Lender and has an MBA in view from Warwick Business School.

Lola is the head of the Digital Innovation Lab at FirstBank Nigeria. Lola is also a co-founder of Elohims Basket, an initiative with the vision to influence communities through outreach and social impact programmes.  Lola has worked for several financial services companies in Europe and Africa including BNP Paribas and Commerzbank in her 13-year technology career.

Lola received a Portfolio Restructuring Unit Excellence award at Commerzbank in recognition of her contribution towards the largest ever CDS auction with a value of EUR 38 billion as conducted after the merger of Dresdner Kleinwort and Commerzbank in 2010. Lola has founded various startups. One of them is Transthat.com, a peer to peer logistics platform.

Lola holds a BSc in Business Information Systems (First Class honours with scholarship for outstanding academic achievement) from Middlesex University, London and an MBA from Imperial College (scholarship recipient based on her experience and track record). Lola serves on the tech committee of WimBiz and the Digital Transformation Committee of JA, Nigeria.

Oluwatobi is a Fintech expert and digital payment professional. She was the CEO of Renmoney. Before her appointment, Oluwatobi served as the Head, Digital Strategy, issuing and service management and electronic banking and digital strategy units at various times where she was responsible for the digital transformation of at Stanbic IBTC Bank. Between 2008 and 2014, Oluwatobi held senior positions at the Interswitch Group and has over 15 years’ experience.

Oluwatobi is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School, having completed multiple Executive Management programmes including the General Management Programme in 2013. Oluwatobi holds a M.Sc. Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University’s School of Management and a BSc. in Economics from Ogun State University.

Onajite is the Group Head at PayAttitude Global. Before her new role, Onajite was the CEO of Electronic Payment Practitioners Association of Nigeria [E-PPAN]. She has worked in various industries. She started her career in Aula Marina, an oil and gas servicing firm and Citibank where she spent over three years in the operations department. She managed the customer service point of Citibank’s e-purse product. Onajite also worked with Intermarc Consulting.

Onajite was the pioneering editor-in-chief of Card Technology Africa magazine and the brain behind Card East Africa, an annual conference introduced in her time for the collective representation of the East Africa region. Onajite is a member of the advisory board of Aitec West Africa. Onajite works in several committees in the payment systems in Nigeria and the ECOWAS sub region and writes for several publications. Onajite holds a degree in Mass Communication and Project Management Professional certification.

Temitope was the Principal Manager, Development Finance Department at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Temitope was also the pioneer Head of the Financial Inclusion Secretariat at the CBN where she led the implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (NFIS).

Temitope has broad executive management experience with background in development finance, financial inclusion, strategy, operations, DFS, microfinance, retail banking, product development, project management and international money transfers. Temitope’s passion is in the creation of sustainable value through product, process and policy innovations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Temitope holds a Second Class (upper), Bachelor of Arts degree (French) from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. Temitope is pursuing a Master of Arts degree (International Relations) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, USA. Temitope has attended Executive Development programmes at the Harvard Business School; John F. Kennedy School of Government and was a pioneer cohort of the certificate in Law and Regulation of Inclusive Finance from the University of Luxembourg

Yinka is a senior fellow in the Operations, Information Systems and Marketing Division of Lagos Business School (LBS). Yinka is a member of the LBS Management Board and Academic Director and the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC). She is also a qualified practitioner of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Yinka is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and the academic advocate to the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and a digital money specialist certified by Digital Frontiers Institute. Yinka’s research interests include information systems in organizations, performance of e-business, electronic service quality and IT governance.

Yinka is an active member of Fintech Association of Nigeria. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Manchester Business School; an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University, London; and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Lagos.

Odunayo Eweniyi is the Co-founder & COO of Piggybank.ng, Nigeria. She  previously co-founded pushcv.com. She has  over 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Operations.

Odunayo is a  First Class graduate of Computer Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria.

Dumebi is the current Managing Director of ChamsAccess Limited, Director of Argone World
Experience Ltd and pioneer of tech-based solutions for various industries. He focuses on sustainable
growth by ensuring that product development, cash flow and profitability indices are met and surpassed.
Mr. Obodo has been a key part of the restructuring and re-engineering of ChamsAccess Ltd from 2013 till
date, working extensively in driving the Company’s revenue.
Prior to his current position, he was the Chief Operating Officer, ChamsAccess Limited. He was also
Head of Sales and Marketing for ChamsAccess Limited for over 4 years and Head, Sales and Marketing
of Terminals and Printers division. A strategic business unit of Chams Plc.
Dumebi attended Imo State University, Owerri where he studied Microbiology, graduating with Second
Class honours Upper division in 2004. He proceeded to gain his MBA from Lagos Business School (Pan
African University).
Dumebi has always had the knack for seeing opportunities and exploring them. He has worked as a
Management Trainee, Human Resources Officer, QMS Auditor, Admin Executive, Corporate Affairs and
Communications Executive, Sales Executive and Special Assistant to the Group Managing Director of
Chams Plc. He has attended training in Leadership, Management, etc.; he has been involved in Business
conceptualizations of huge potential projects and is a certified ITIL practitioner. A very boisterous and
target driven professional, he had a brief stint running a management consulting Company and setting up
a trade partnership business in the FMCG space.

Shola’s over 25 years’ experience spans across customer and relationship management at Citibank Nigeria, head of IT at First City Monument Bank and CIO at Computer Warehouse Group.  Shola served on the Technology Committee that birthed ValuCard Nigeria and Interswitch.

Tosin Eniolorunda is the founder and CEO of TeamApt, a financial technology company focused on
creating financial services to help underserved individuals in emerging markets manage and access their
money.
Before starting TeamApt, Tosin served as a product manager and Software Architect at Interswitch
where he helped build industry-leading products. He enjoys the thrills of the challenges and risks of
starting and nurturing enterprises that affect humanity.

Ronke is the CEO of the Shared Agent Network Expansion Facilities (SANEF). Ronke’s banking experience which spans over 24 years includes the setting up of a successful card business and alternative payment channels. Ronke was one of the three founding members and the founding chairman of the Committee of e-Banking Industry Heads (CeBIH) and sits on its advisory board.

Ronke’s notable achievements include the launching of the first Naira denominated Mastercard (accepted worldwide) in Nigeria and the first Mastercard world card in Africa. Ronke was a member of the CBN payment scheme board [PSV 2020] cards working group that was responsible for setting the current industry guidelines/standards on payment cards.

With a background in Engineering, Bade Adesemowo has over 20 years
experience in Technology particularly in Software and Best Use of Technology.
He has led his team in design, development, deployment, project management,
and maintenance of large enterprise projects for over 100 organisations
ranging from Banking, Telecommunications , Agriculture, Government
amongst many others.
Bade Adesemowo won the Future Awards 2010 in the category, Best Use of
Technology. Since then, he has received several recognitions and awards
individually and with his team majorly in the area of technology and
innovation. Some of these include MIT Inclusive Innovation African Winner
(Financial Inclusion) , Ecobank Fintech Fellow, Efma/Accenture Most
Disruptive Technology/Innovation
He is regarded as an industry thought leader in his field of expertise. Bade is
actively involved in Open Source Communities and is an avid speaker and
facilitator with a focus on business and technology.Bade is passionate about
helping people. Through his foundation and other initiatives, he impacts the
less privileged in the society. He also mentors young individuals and start-
ups.
Bade has attended a number of high profile executive education programmes
globally with focus on Africa. He holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School

Ayo Oladimeji has over 15 years professional experience in financial services and project
management, with domain expertise in digital commerce and SME Finance.
He holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School. He is also an alumnus of the Helix Institute.
Ayo is on the board of directors at Innovectives LLC, a diversified FinTech group focused on
emerging markets.

With over 20 years' experience, Charles is a tested and proven multi-
disciplinary leader, entrepreneur and strategic innovator, having built and led
organizations towards achieving their technical and business goals; and is a
respected figure in Africa's electronic and digital payments space.
Charles is the founder and CEO of eBanqo Inc, a multi-channel customer
engagement and conversational AI provider. Prior to eBanqo, Charles was the
pioneer CEO of Verve International, Africa’s premier payment card brand, as
well as a Co-Founder of Interswitch – Visa acquired 20% of Interswitch in
November 2019 at a valuation of $1b.
Before Interswitch, Charles worked with Accenture and PwC, as well as
American Express. Charles is a First Class Computer Science graduate from
the University of Ilorin. He also has an MBA from Cranfield University where
he was awarded the Odgers Leadership Prize.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State
University.

Rashidat Adebisi is a graduate of Business Accounting. She has experience in different
areas of the service industry from Customer service, Financial advisory, Accounting and
Audit services, Retail distribution with over 19 years of work experience largely in the
financial services industry.
She joined AXA Mansard in 2004 as a member of the finance team helping to set up the
financial framework that drove the growth of the organization. She went on to lead
financial control and later became the chief financial officer, overseeing all company
accounting practices, budgetary control, financial reports & taxation, human resource
and compliance functions. She also had brief stints managing settlements, strategy and
technology teams. Rashidat led the retail solutions division from November 2016 to Jan
2020 helping to strategize and execute the retail strategy of the company to become
the leading personal lines non-banking financial institution in the country. She became
the Chief client Officer of AXA Mansard in February 2020 with a mandate to drive the
successful execution of the customer first journey and the move from payer to partner
of all AXA Lines of Business in Nigeria.
Rashidat is keen to help people grow their assets whilst providing the needed safety net
when unexpected situations arise. She enjoys mentoring young people in general and
women to reach for the “stars” whilst helping the insurance industry attain its true
potential.

He is the immediate past Chairman of the Committee of e-Business Industry Heads (CeBIH) and a
member of the CeBIH Advisory Council, the Treasurer of the Governing Council for Fintech Nigeria
(FINTECHNGR), and Member of the Capacity Building Committee of the Governing Council for Chartered
Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
A licensed Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cards & Payments Professional (CCPP), an
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit
Administration (FICA). He also holds an MBA in Technology Management from ADBU India, Post-
Graduate Diploma in Digital Business (PGDDB), and has completed executive management courses from

Tunde Adeniran is a Product Management expert with extensive experience building cutting edge
software products for top companies in the Telecoms, Media and Technology industries.
He started out his career as an entrepreneur in logistics and quickly fell in love with the impact software
could have on business operations and customer experiences.
He began consulting to help businesses transform their existing operations using bespoke software
solutions. Over the years, he has worked on several software projects for governmental and private
institutions including the Central Bank of Nigeria, National Bureau of Statistics, and the Lagos State
Government.
He currently leads the product management team for the jobs vertical at Ringier One Africa Media
(ROAM), Africa’s largest marketplace company helping to bridge the gaps that exist in sub-Saharan
Africa. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President, Product of Terragon Group, a global marketing and
data technology firm focused on driving intelligent connections between businesses and consumers.
He is presently undergoing an Executive MBA at the Lagos Business School and possesses a bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science. He is also a certified information security professional with a ISO27001
Lead Implementer certification and the member of various professional bodies including the Project
Management Institute (PMI), Product Development Management Association (PDMA), Nigeria Institute

Olajide Mafolabomi (Olajide) has 20+ years of experience in the ICT industry and is a veteran of three
mobile Operator Start-ups: Econet Wireless (now Airtel), Etisalat (now 9mobile), and Ntel.
Olajide started his career as a software engineer, progressed to a Business Analyst, Product Manager,
covering B2B and B2C services and solutions. The last 14 years of his career has been focused in the
Commercial domain, covering Strategy Development and Execution, Product Management, Marketing,
Commercial Planning and Analysis, Market Research and Innovation.
He is Executive Director and Business Head for Cloud Interactive Platforms, a subsidiary of the Cloud
Interactive Media Group(Nigeria and Ghana). CIP over the last two years have built transaction
platforms for the likes of 9PSB, REMITA, Xpresspayments, Leadway Assurance, and Smile Networks,
among others.

Prior to Cloud Interactive, Olajide was Ag. Chief Marketing Officer at Ntel, where he set up the
Marketing and Strategy Team. He was Head, Product Development at Etisalat Nigeria (now 9mobile
Nigeria), where he led the team that developed the start-up product portfolio for Etisalat Nigeria, He
was also the Head, Enterprise Solutions and Service Delivery and led the team that grew the Enterprise
Sales revenue portfolio from under $10m to $49 million in 2 years.

Olajide holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and is an Alumnus of Cranfield
University’s Pathways Leadership Program. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP), and Certified
Product Management and Marketing Professional (AIPMM).

Jide is passionate about building transaction services, marketing automation, high growth start-ups,
digital transformation, and mobile broadband evolutions in telecommunications.

Lola is a Digital, Innovation and Technology specialist with over 14 years of experience. She started her
career as a software engineer at Investec Asset Management, London where she was responsible for
development of digital solutions in the asset management portfolio. Since then she has worked in
various capacities across different roles in the financial services industry in Europe and Africa at
companies including Dresdner Klienwort, Commerzbank and BNP Paribas. In 2010, she received a
Portfolio Restructuring Unit Excellence award at Commerzbank for her contribution towards the largest
ever CDS auction.
In her most recent capacity as the head of the Digital Innovation Labs at FirstBank Nigeria, she was
responsible for accelerating the Bank’s digital transformation journey by bringing actionable insights to
inform the digital strategy, identifying new digital product/service/fintech opportunities and executing
the relevant initiatives across platforms using agile methodologies.
Lola is a first class graduate of Business Information Systems at Middlesex University with scholarship for
outstanding academic performance and an MBA from Imperial College Business School. She has founded
two startups, including Transthat.com, a peer to peer logistics platform and serves on the Tech
Committee of WimBiz, the Digital Transformation Committee of JA Nigeria and She Leads Africa as a

Rasheed Adegoke is the founder and Chief Executive of Algorism Limited, a leading information
technology company in Nigeria.
Before starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2016, he had over twenty-five years of experience
working with successful businesses especially in Management Consulting, Software Development,
Financial Services, and Oil and Gas industries. He was CIO in the banking industry for 16 years with his
last two roles being Chief Information Officer at First Bank Limited and Director of Group IT at United
Bank for Africa Plc.
Rasheed is a respected industry expert who has served on a Presidential committee on National
Broadband Strategy and the TechLaunchPad initiative of the Federal Ministry of Communication
Technology.
He is a First-Class Graduate of Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and holds an Executive
MBA from the Lagos Business School. He is a Professional Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society and
British Computer Society.

Deji’s major area of interest is developing payment solutions as a competitive
and developmental tool within communities. Since 2001, Deji has pioneered
several cutting-edge and award winning solutions that are in wide
application nationwide. Worthy of note are products like: FlashMeCash
(2002) and Bank 737 (2014).
Deji’s major strengths are innovation, human capital development and a
never say die attitude. He makes a positive impact on the lives of those he has
encounters with and he is a role model for many players in the Financial and
Information Technology Industry.
Deji has recently (November 2020) been appointed as the Director, Digital
Payments (Nigeria) for Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors- a New York based
nonprofit organization that currently advises on and manages more than
$200 million in annual charitable giving.

Olugbenga Ebenezer Komolafe, well known in Nigerian human rights and trade union circles as
Gbenga Komolafe was born October 16, 1964 in Southwest, Nigeria.
Gbenga joined the American Center for International Labour Solidarity (Solidarity Center) in
2002 and helped to design and implement several programs on organizing, gender equity,
economic literacy for Nigerian trade unions all over the country. He resigned his position as a
Senior Program Officer with the Solidarity Center in 2010 and started organizing the Federation
of Informal Workers’ Organizations of Nigeria (FIWON) in fulfillment of his long - standing
desire to help organize working people in the informal sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Since 2010, he has inspired several layers of grassroots leaders of informal sector organizations
in Nigeria to become more aware of their rights as citizens and working people. At a great
personal sacrifice, he has led several campaigns on the streets to struggle against entrenched
traditions of oppression and repression of informal workers; arbitrary arrests, organized extortion
by police and other agents of the state, eviction from homes and work places on behalf of private
speculators etc. With the organization he founded, he has instituted law suits against rights
infractions of working people in the informal sector, waged spirited media campaigns, engaged
different agencies and departments of government at different levels to assert the human rights of
working people in the informal sector. While at it, he has also been part of the trade union
education programs of several trade unions in the formal sector including the Nigeria Union of
Railways Workers over the years and inspired leaders and activists to resist wanton, opaque
privatizations, concessions and other neo- liberal policies which pose serious threat to workers’
job security and affordable services to members of the community. 

He is a Knowledge Scientist with Cymantiks Limited, a company that makes
People, Organizations and Cities smarter using Semantic technologies for
contextual data modeling, knowledge representation, and ontology
engineering to exploit the opportunities possessed by Artificial Intelligence,
Analytics, Machine Learning for Digital Transformation that will enable them
to be data-driven.
In the last 25 years, Emeka has been at the forefront of technology and
innovation in Nigeria from co-founding the earliest startup (ngex.com) to
designing the first framework for publishing Open Election Data to building
cognitive solutions like Knowledge Graph for public sector corruption.
His experience has embraced a breadth of technologies culminating today in
the Semantic Web and AI world with his primary focus being solution design,
engineering and product development while working with a cross section of
professionals across various cultures in Africa and Europe in solving problems
at a complex level.
